Our ESG strategy aims to enhance accessibility, foster healthier work practices, and contribute to a sustainable future. This policy serves to formalize RPS’s dedication and strategy in integrating ESG considerations into our operational frameworks and decision-making processes.
Environmental Responsibility: Emphasizing efficiency in remote work, we encourage practices that reduce the carbon footprint associated with commuting and office-based operations. We advocate the use of energy-efficient devices, digital workflows, and discourage paper usage. For instance, we have transitioned from paper business cards to electronic ones for all Managers and Sales Team members. Sustainable practices, such as fully electric company vehicles, contribute to minimizing environmental impact.
Social Responsibility: Our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends to our remote work culture, ensuring equal opportunities for career development regardless of location, gender, race, ethnicity, or background.
